Eagers Automotive as a registered Motor Vehicle Dealer and MTA member is authorised to access the NZ Motor Vehicle register maintained by the New Zealand Land Transport Agency in relation to the purchase, sale or servicing of vehicles. Current owner name and address details maintained in the register may be accessed to verify the right to sell a vehicle, or change current owner details when buying or selling a vehicle. Any person who does not wish to have their name(s) and address(es) made available can restrict access by completing an opt out process.
